SERVPRO to the rescue! The upstairs unit flooded our condo, four days before closing (and less than two weeks before Christmas!). We'd already relocated to Florida, so we weren't even in town! Brittany, Tori and Carl did everything within their power to get the repairs done quickly. They were extremely professional, very communicative, soooooooooooo helpful! They all understood what we were up against (we were literally racing against the clock). They went above and beyond to get the repairs done, knowing we had to push the closing to Christmas Eve day (!!), and they made sure we didn't jeopardize the sale. THANK GOODNESS for everyone in this office - they are all extraordinary!!!!!!

Great customer service, highly recommend!

I used SERVPRO for water mitigation and rebuild from a recent flood. Dax was my main point of contact and out of ALL of the people I dealt with for my flood and repairs (insurance, HOA, mitigation, repairs), Dax was by far the easiest and best to deal with. I found him to be very responsive, helpful, straightforward, friendly and just an overall great person to deal with. I also would like to mention Tori, the coordinator, who was great in following up with me and getting on my insurance company for approval. I highly recommend SERVPRO of East Cobb and will definitely use them for future needs.
