*While these guidelines are a good way to ensure that all of our customers are taken care of properly, SERVPRO of East Cobb strives for greatness and averages less than a two hour turn-around-time when responding to emergency storm, water, or fire service requests.
- 4 HOURS – Within four hours of loss notification, SERVPRO of East Cobb will be on-site to start mitigation services (if necessary).
- 8 HOURS – Within eight business hours, we will initiate a verbal briefing of the scope of damage and needed mitigation efforts.
